Here’s what to expect when your ROLLPROOF order ships.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email once it ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size and weight of your order. Any available free-shipping threshold or promotion will be shown at checkout.

Destinations & delivery estimates

We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates below are typical after processing and don’t include customs delays:

Canada & United Kingdom 7–14 business days
Europe, Australia & rest of world 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren’t guaranteed.

Customs, duties & import taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees set by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the recipient’s responsibility. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email a tracking number. Please allow a little time for tracking to update after you receive it.

Wrong address & undeliverable parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping may apply).

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your parcel, check with others at your address and your carrier first, then contact us and we’ll help resolve it, including filing a carrier claim where appropriate.
