Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy

We want you to be happy with your ROLLPROOF. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns, refunds and our warranty work.
30-day returns
You may return an eligible product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with any mounting components and packaging.
How to start a return
- Email contact@rollproof.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back within the timeframe we provide.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping charge (if any) is non-refundable. If your item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping and replace it or refund you in full — see below.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer. We don’t charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Inspect your order on arrival. If it’s damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.
12-month limited warranty
We warrant that your ROLLPROOF will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery, under normal use.

If a warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product, or refund it, at our option. This warranty is the only warranty we provide and is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, used products are non-returnable unless they are defective or covered by the warranty above. Gift cards and final-sale items (if any) are non-returnable.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best, but once an order has shipped it can’t be changed and will follow the returns process above.
